1) Scope & Audience

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our marketing site or use our social-tools app. Our services are directed to adults in the United States and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

2) Information We Collect

A. You provide directly

• Identifiers & profile: name, email, phone, address, company and title.
• Account data: credentials and settings for your account on our app.
• Content & support: content you schedule or post via our tools; messages or tickets you send us.

B. Automatically collected

• Usage & device: IP address, device/browser info, log data, cookie/SDK identifiers, page views, clickstream, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Ad identifiers (where available) for measurement and ad-preference purposes.

C. From social/platform APIs you connect (with your permission)

• Platforms we may connect to at your request: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr.
• Typical data elements (platform-dependent and permission-based): page/account IDs, access tokens, permissions granted, scheduled/published post content and metadata (timestamps, captions, media URLs), insights/analytics (reach, impressions, clicks), comment/thread IDs you ask us to manage.

We do not use your user content or metadata to train internal or external AI models.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the services, including account creation, login, posting/scheduling to your connected social accounts, and basic support.
• Analytics & improvement of site/app performance and features.
• Personalization (e.g., tailoring dashboards, content suggestions).
• Advertising & measurement (for our own marketing; see “Your Privacy Choices”).
• Security & fraud prevention.
• Legal compliance and to enforce Terms.
  We may occasionally use automated decision-making (e.g., LLM-assisted suggestions, abuse/fraud heuristics); these uses are not intended to have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4) Cookies, Pixels & SDKs

We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, analytics, and measurement. Vendors may include:

• Hosting/CDN: DigitalOcean (including CDN).
• Analytics: Google Analytics; Microsoft Analytics/Clarity.
• Advertising pixels/SDKs (as implemented): Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, Tumblr.
  You can manage cookies via your browser settings; some features may not function without them.

5) Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email/SMS, security/fraud prevention, and advertising/measurement). We require them to use data only to provide contracted services and to safeguard it appropriately.
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6) Social Platform Data (Meta & others) — App Review Disclosures

• What we access: limited account/page identifiers, content you create/schedule, and insights/engagement you ask us to retrieve.
• Why we access it: to let you schedule, publish, and analyze posts you choose to manage via the app.
• How long we keep it: we retain platform tokens and related data for as long as your accounts remain connected and as needed to operate the services; when you disconnect or request deletion, we purge related data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
• How to revoke: remove our app’s access in the relevant platform settings (e.g., Facebook “Apps and Websites”), or disconnect inside our app.
• No broker transfer: we do not transfer social-platform data to data brokers or other third parties except processors acting on our behalf as described above.

7) Legal Bases / U.S. State Privacy

We serve U.S. residents, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah. Your state may provide rights such as:

• Right to know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information (where applicable).
• Right to opt-out of targeted advertising, sale, or “sharing” (we do not sell/share; we provide ad/measurement choices below).
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
• Right to appeal a decision regarding your request (Colorado and certain other states).

How to exercise your rights

Email info@growyourremodeloutfit.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” telling us what right you want to exercise. We’ll verify identity (e.g., confirm control of your email/account) and respond within 45 days (we may extend once where permitted). To appeal a decision in Colorado, reply to our response with “Appeal” in the subject; we’ll review and respond within 45 days.

8) Your Privacy Choices

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC as an opt-out preference signal for targeted advertising/“sharing.” Configure GPC in a supported browser and we will apply it to the browser that sends the signal.
• Advertising preferences: You can email us at info@growyourremodeloutfit.com to opt out of our use of data for targeted advertising/measurement. You can also adjust ad settings on each platform you use.
• Email/SMS marketing: use the unsubscribe link in emails, or reply STOP to SMS.
• Cookies: manage in your browser.

9) Data Retention

• Account data: for the life of the account.
• Logs: 24 months (2 years).
• Analytics: 12 months.
• Advertising identifiers: 12 months.
  We may retain limited information as required by law or to resolve disputes.

10) Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and protective monitoring designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11) Children’s Privacy

We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact info@growyourremodeloutfit.com and we will delete it.

12) International Users

We do not target the EU/UK. If you are located outside the U.S., you should not use our services. If you nevertheless provide information, you can request deletion at any time.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post updates here with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook/Meta & Other Platforms)

We provide multiple ways to delete your data related to our app and services.

Option A: Remove our app’s access from the social platform

1. Go to the platform’s Apps and Websites (or equivalent) settings.
2. Locate Grow Your Remodel Outfit (or our app).
3. Select Remove / Revoke Access.
4. This revokes future access. We then queue associated platform data for deletion from our systems within 30 days (or sooner where feasible).

Option B: Disconnect within our app

1. Sign in at social.growyourremodeloutfit.com.
2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
3. Click Disconnect for the platform(s) you wish to remove.
4. We queue associated platform data for deletion from our systems within 30 days.

Option C: Request account & data deletion from us

Email info@growyourremodeloutfit.com with the subject “Delete My Data” from the email associated with your account. We may take steps to verify your identity. We typically respond within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Note: Deleting or disconnecting your social-platform accounts directly on the platform does not automatically delete your account with us. To delete your account with us, please use Option B or Option C.
